Blog #2: FRC:San Fransisco Regional

Today we received our San Francisco Regional Champion Medals for FRC. FRC stands for First Robotics Competition and its an organization that brings together high schools from all over the world to built robots. At competitions, I am a scouter which means that I look at the matches and record the data. This is really important because, we have to know which teams we need to choose since FRC is a three versus three game. Some just as important competition roles is dealing with the robot, dealing with alliance robots, and dealing with the strategy of how the game is to be played. This is my second robotics competition, the first being an off-season competition in Madera, California. I truly enjoy robotics and I am truly grateful for FIRST, Boeing, and Bellarmine for this great experience. Go Cheesy Poofs!
